During this 2-hour interactive session, you'll learn:

• The journey from bean to cup: harvesting, processing, roasting, and brewing
• Professional cupping techniques to evaluate coffee
• How to identify and describe different flavor notes
• Tips for brewing better coffee at home

Tasting Experience

You'll sample five distinct coffees from different regions around the world, including:

• A bright, fruity Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
• A rich, chocolatey Colombian
• A complex, wine-like Kenyan
• A smooth, nutty Brazilian
• Our signature house blend

James will guide you through the professional tasting process, helping you identify the unique characteristics of each coffee.
